ANY PERSONS REQUESTING A PROPERTY CHECK SHALL BE ADVSIED IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER THAT:

1.       A Property Check Form will be prepared, and the information disseminated to Department Officer.

2.       Officer will not specifically be assigned to check the property; however a check may be conducted if operational needs permit.

3.       The Police must be notified upon your return.

4.       It is recommended that a trusted friend or relative be designated as a key holder who will check the property and contact the Police Department if a problem is detected.
