The Planning Commission consists of five residents who serve the Township on a voluntary basis and are appointed by the Board of Supervisors for five year terms, which expire at staggered intervals. The purpose of the Planning Commission is to review subdivision and land development plans and make recommendations regarding these to the Board of Supervisors. The zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, comprehensive plan and the open space plan are used as guides in making recommendations.
Plans are filed and can be viewed at the Land Use office
Public meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 in the Municipal Building located on Bedminster Road.
